  • obligations established by law;
  • the need to protect the Operator's lawful rights and interests while respecting the rights of the data subject.

If a personal-data collection form is added to the website, consent to personal data processing must be collected separately from other documents and user terms.

7. Processing methods

7.1. Processing may be automated or non-automated.

7.2. The Operator may collect, record, organise, store, correct and use data; provide it to people involved in technical website support or fulfilment of the request; and block or delete data.

7.3. The Operator does not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for their independent advertising.

9. Transfers and third parties

9.1. The Operator may engage a hosting provider, technical specialists, email services and other contractors only to the extent needed to operate the website, respond to an enquiry or perform an agreement.

9.2. Such parties receive access only within their functions and must protect confidentiality and data security under applicable requirements.

10.8. If a form, CRM, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, call tracking, WebVisor, click map, additional cookies or events are introduced, this Policy and the choice interfaces must be reviewed before those functions are launched.

11. Data protection

The Operator takes reasonable and proportionate measures, including:

  • restricting access to data;
  • using protected accounts;
  • backups and software updates;
  • access control for email and administrative interfaces;
  • deleting data when it is no longer needed;
