1.1. These Terms govern use of seosuper.ru, its text, materials, interfaces and publicly available functions.

2. Purpose of the website
2.1. The website provides information about SEOsuper, SEO, AI Visibility, GEO/AEO, website structure, content, diagnostics, implementation Sprints and ongoing support.
2.2. Website materials are informational and introductory.
2.3. Website content alone is not:
- a public offer;
- a guarantee that an agreement will be concluded;
- a guarantee of results;
- legal, financial, medical or other professional advice;
- an individual recommendation without review of the specific circumstances.
2.4. Services, scope, timing, price, responsibility and outcomes are agreed separately in an agreement, invoice, proposal or other written arrangement.
3. No guarantee of external outcomes
3.1. The website owner does not guarantee:
- particular positions in search systems;
- growth in traffic, enquiries, sales or revenue;
- inclusion in answers from ChatGPT, Yandex, Google or other AI systems;
- stability of algorithms, results or interfaces of external platforms;
- an outcome without implementation of recommendations by the client.
3.2. The website may describe diagnostic methods, controlled elements, artifacts and approaches to improving structure and communication. This does not promise an outcome that depends on search systems, AI platforms, competition, the technical environment or third parties.
4. Permitted use
A user may:

5. Prohibited use

6.2. The SEOsuper name, visual identifiers and design elements must not be used in a way that suggests partnership, approval or ownership by the website owner without consent.
6.3. Public availability of material does not transfer exclusive rights.
7. User enquiries
7.1. The user decides what information to send by email or Telegram.
7.2. The user confirms that they may transfer the information, documents, links and files supplied and that the transfer does not infringe third-party rights.
7.3. Without separate agreement, users should not send:
- special categories of personal data;
- passport or payment data;
- third-party trade secrets;
- passwords or access keys;
- material whose distribution is prohibited by law.
7.4. Receipt of an enquiry does not automatically accept a project, conclude an agreement or require a free audit.
8. External links and services

11.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Personal data and analytics
12.1. Personal data processing is described in the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy.
12.2. Google Analytics is not used on the website.
12.3. Yandex Metrika is disabled by default and may be enabled only after a separate decision by the website owner and an explicit user choice.
12.4. WebVisor, click map, custom goals and events are not used in the current configuration.
12.5. If a form, CRM, advertising pixels, call tracking, Google Analytics or new external services are introduced, the documents and website interfaces must be updated before those functions are launched.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. The owner may change these Terms.
13.2. A new version applies when published unless it states another effective date.
13.3. Continued use after publication of a new version means use under the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
14.2. Before going to court, the parties seek to resolve a dispute through correspondence and exchange of reasoned claims.
